[Duck Luck Episode #8]

Very good

Watching this and the previous episodes I can tell you have a passion for what you do. Each episode clearly has alot of effort put into it and is produced to a high standard.

The animation is smooth and simple which gives an understanding of what the character is doing. The artwork is bright and cartoony which I love and is pleasing to the eye.

The humor is great, very dark and subtle. My favourite part being the "And I'd do it again..." line in the twisted whisper and with squinted eyes.

And the guy below me said something about you sounding Australian, and I kind of thought the same, only because when the bird said "right" it was more a "roit". But your voice is very unique, which is always good for characters.

Can't wait for the next one.

Very good

That was actually very funny, I had no idea what was happening or why it was happening, but it made me laugh. The dog hitting the polar bear at the end was funny, with the quick cuts between the bear doing different things whilst he continues to punch him. Very good, and nice to see you back. My only concern was animation, you may be rusty, but it was a bit too fast.

Yeah i know exactly what you mean. The reason the animation was kinda bad was because it was hard to animate the polar bear, as it is huge and heavy, so it falls over alot. Thanks alot for the review though :)

Wow...

I love the way this is animated, very traditional and very well done. My only concern was the sound quality lots of "puffing" and "hissing".

Yeah, sound is a problem.... I need a better mic. Actually, the technical problems I was talking about in the description was sound. I tried to have a friend fix it for me, but he was unable to, and that is why it took so long for me to submit this. Who knows, maybe some day, I'll decide to not be so cheap and actually buy a decent mic. Anyhoo, glad you enjoyed the animation, that's the most important thing to me. Thanks again.

Very good.

This animation is very deep and covers a lot of emotions. I had to watch it a few times to understand it, and I may not even understand it now, but my interpretation of this short is that you're future isn't written, and that you have the chance to make life better no matter the obsticles you may encounter. Anyway, that may not be what you was going for, but that's what I got from it,and either way it was an excellent flash. An excelelnt flash with excellent detail, animation and moral.

thank you so much for the comment, the interesting thing about this flash is that you can interpretate youre own way, i mean people can compare this events with some things they do in the past or want to do in the future. And what you say about "you're future isn't written" its really true. So im glad you enjoy it and take the time to watch it a few times.

These were nice animations. I can see why they were scrapped; they weren't of your usual standard. But they were still a heck of alot better than most people's best! And for that I salute you. Keep at it, Crowley, you're going places.

This is neat, the artwork and characters were really something special. I liked the variety of voices, some good actors there. I haven't seen the four previous episodes but watching this makes me think I will. Nice.

what has happend...?

You once was 'The King of Clay' now your just not, in my view. This was awful, not funny, the animation was 'rusty' and I don't think thi swas better than John Pinkerton. I didn't laugh once through out either of them...

its not that my material is getting old, its just that ive changed a bit..my humors alittle more suddle(sp) and sarcastic now, instead of "SAY SOMETHING LOUD, AND ITS FUNNY HAHA" jokes :P
